1. Go to the Numus Logistics sign-up page.
2. Click Create your account and enter your Full Name, Email (your login), Phone number, and a Password (min. 8 characters).
3. Confirm your password and submit.
4. Verify your email if prompted, then log in.

On first login, the Set Up Your Business wizard runs in three phases.

2a · Enter your business details

Add your Business Logo (optional), Business Name, Phone, Email, Address, and Currency. You'll also set your Business Size, Estimated Monthly Revenue, and Deliveries Completed Monthly — these tailor your plan recommendation.

2b · Choose your plan

Next, the Choose Your Plan screen appears with a recommendation based on your business size. Pick a billing cycle — Quarterly (3 mo), Bi-Annual (6 mo), or Annual (12 mo) — then select your subscription plan to continue.

2c · Complete the 4 quick-start steps

A short wizard helps you add your first essentials. Every step is optional — tap "Skip for now" and do it later.

Then select Continue to Dashboard. You can revisit and change everything later from the sidebar.

Open Drivers → click Add Driver and complete:

Drivers need the Numus Driver mobile app to receive orders, update delivery status, and appear on your live map. Tap a badge or scan the QR code to install:

Or search "Numus Driver" directly in the store. Links and QR codes also appear on the Drivers page in your dashboard.

Driver first login

1. Open the Numus Driver app.
2. Log in with the phone number and password you set.
3. Allow location permission — required to appear on the map and receive orders.
4. Set status to Online / Available to start receiving assignments.

Open Routes & Pricing → Add Route. Routes define your zones and how fares are calculated — prices apply automatically when you create an order.

Set a Route Name (e.g. Lagos Mainland), a Category (Local, Interstate, International, Same/Next Day, Express…), and a Pricing Type:

Add your Base Fare, per-km / per-kg rates, and optional Min/Max distance & weight limits. Use the built-in Price Calculator to preview a fare before saving.

Open Orders → Create Order. Capture walk-ins, phone bookings, and WhatsApp orders in one place.

• Pick-up & delivery — sender and receiver name, phone, and addresses (with auto-complete).
• Package — description, weight (kg) and distance (km) for automatic pricing.
• Route / Pricing plan — select a route; the fare is calculated automatically.
• Customer & payment — customer details and payment method (online or offline / Cash-on-Delivery).
• Assign Driver — choose an available driver; they get the order in the Numus Driver app.

Open Live Tracking to see every active driver on an interactive map in real time.

• Each online driver appears as a marker you can monitor at a glance.
• Click a driver to view Driver Details and current status.
• Search to find a specific driver or order.
